The Simonds Charity Home SOLD
SOLD! The Simonds Charity Home went under the hammer on Saturday, 27 August 2022.
It was a fun morning of games and giveaways in Lightsview. Local families and prospective buyers walked through the incredible two-storey home before an action-packed auction.
More than 90 bids were placed before the house was officially sold, raising $477,500 for South Australian children and families who need care in hospital.
Simonds Homes generously donated the brand-new, two-storey home in Lightsview, with proceeds of the sale supporting children’s projects at Flinders.
The house was generously styled by BO Concept and auctioned off by TOOP+TOOP.
