Child Protection Service Upgrade

It is heartbreaking that not every child feels loved, safe, protected and inspired by those around them.

You can help some of South Australia’s most vulnerable and neglected children by supporting the Child Protection Service at Flinders Medical Centre (FMC).

Among key projects is an upgrade if the existing Child Protection Service facilities and surrounding environment.

Upgraded facilities will include a new outdoor area for the hundreds of children who visit the service each year to provide them with a better, safer, calmer and more welcoming place to be cared for.

One of the major supporters of the Child Protection Service at FMC is the Karen Fitzgerald Fund – formed in memory of the service’s inaugural director Karen Fitzgerald.
