Epilepsy Machine

Thanks to your support of Flinders Foundation’s 2017 Epilepsy Appeal, the Flinders Medical Centre Neurology Service now has a new Electroencephalography (EEG) machine.

The EEG has the latest software and video monitoring equipment and will help doctors pinpoint the exact location of seizures and treat them effectively. 

This means people with epilepsy, and suspected-epilepsy, can be more accurately diagnosed.

This equipment will help treat thousands of people with epilepsy who experience uncontrollable seizures. Thank you!
